Delivery of products
We make every effort to ensure that your orders are shipped as soon as possible. We usually ship most packages within two days of placing the order and receiving the payment. All parcels are sent by DPD courier, shipping costs are added to the invoice.
In the case of shipments within the country, the shipping price is fixed and amounts to PLN 13 for a shipment up to 30 kg. In the case of foreign shipments, the costs are calculated individually, depending on the country, weight of the shipment and any customs fees.
It is also possible to order your own courier to collect the parcel from us. Then we do not add costs to the invoice, and after preparing the package, we will inform you by e-mail that the package is ready for collection.
